-Provide direct leadership and strategic direction for our B2B and B2C outsourced sales vendors which include multiple lines of business (i.e. Account Executives, Inbound/Outbound Sales Development Representatives, Business Development Representatives, and Full-Cycle Chat) to ensure maximum performance.-Onboard and launch new vendor call centers and lines of business. Manage the project end to end, such as: execute contract, develop training curriculum, oversee deployment of technology requirements, define success metrics/KPIs, provide coaching and development to drive performance, and report back to leadership on goal attainment.-Track, measure, report, and evaluate vendor performance. Monitor sales trends and pilot new selling strategies before they are rolled out to internal teams.-Manage the annual budget for our outsourced sales vendors. Design and approve monthly commission plans using analysis considering goals and budget. Validate and approve vendor invoices.-Define staffing needs for each outsourced line of business based on forecasting and manage real-time adherence.-Develop new hire and performance-driven training content and facilitate as needed.-Define monthly success metrics and KPIs for each team based on revenue goals. If revenue goals are not met, responsible for developing solutions and/or action plans to help vendors meet performance goals.-Hold vendors accountable to contractual obligations and performance commitments. Address business operations issues that affect the vendors ability to meet the requirements of the contract.-Collaborate with internal teams and other departments on new rollouts and product launches to ensure sales vendors are equipped with all the tools and resources needed.-Liaise with Procurement to negotiate contract renewals.-Oversee key vendor personnel (i.e. Operations Managers, Supervisors, Quality Assurance (QA) resource, Sales Verifiers, Manager on Duty, Trainers, etc) for all sales vendors.

-Provided sales coaching and individual focus monitoring to improve rep performance for inside sales and outsourced vendors.-Developed training content to fill gaps and address trends identified during call listening.-Equipped sales professionals with the knowledge, consultative selling strategies, and confidence to stand out from the competition.-Co-managed outsourced vendor sites to enhance the quality and quantity of leads generated (e.g. sent weekly performance data, rolled out incentives, designed training content, developed QA scorecards, completed audits, conducted mock calls, hosted calibration sessions, etc.).-Developed and managed a mock demo process to increase the effectiveness of product demos.-Trained in-house specialists and outsourced QA vendors on completing QA evaluations.
