It changed the way the company communicated with the associates.- Led the efforts for finding and installing the software that was used to detect fraudulent activities. Many millions of dollars were saved or recuperated.- Developed new Medicare Revenue Management system which was used to more easily and quickly process and track claims sent to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for reimbursement of services to that membership.- Researched and found a Customer Relationship Management tool used initially by Government Markets and expanded for use by the Commercial Sales division.Over the last 15 years, I had many different management experiences. I created an application development team from scratch, managed multiple teams in multiple locations, and managed relationships with many customers over the years. The teams I managed consisted of as few as 4 associates to as many as 25, a mix of associates and contractors. The most recent assignment included three off-shore resources.The areas supported for this healthcare company include the following: Human Resources, Legal, Internal Audit, Corporate Communications, Government Markets (Medicare), Electronic Data Interchange, Sales and Marketing, and Underwriting.
