As an early product manager at Quby, I saw the startup grow from 7 to 120 qubies installed in different companies.I designed the first warehouse flow and layout to increase productivity, built a strategy to reduce mission conflicts, and created an employee rewards program to enhance the positivity between employees.I also had responsibility for daily activities like CRM and improving it, updating the UI/UX of the web app and website.

Assisted in creating two of the brand's iconic chairs that are placed in most cafes and restaurants. Managed to increase 19% profit by changing the team structure so that could assign more projects. Also, lead a team to implement a project in the ASP building complex.

Interviewed logistics specialists analyzed Tipax's intercity logistics challenges, and benchmarked competitors. Then we gave our consult to improve and develop their service.

Started my time at Mehbang as a designer for Quby. Created organizational and visual identity for the Quby brand then designed a website and web app that reached +20,000 users in 2 years.
