As a leader in Crowe's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) advisory practice, I work closely with clients on ESG-related issues from strategy to implementation, and work internally with ESG leaders within our Crowe Global network to leverage our global experience in sustainability issues.My traditional training and background is in accounting and assurance services for SEC registrants, with a particular focus on SOX 404 and SEC disclosure requirements. I have served clients with complexity ranging from de novo private entities to large accelerated SEC filers, and have helped clients undergo major transitions, such as Registration Statements & IPOs. Currently, I work with Public and Private Equity clients, helping them with sustainability-related strategy, ESG due diligence, Greenhouse Gas Emissions accounting, preparing for ESG regulatory reporting, along with many other aspects of ESG strategy execution.With a background serving SEC filers in the assurance space and implementation of new standards, I bring a practical perspective to clients as they navigate the evolving reporting landscape around sustainability.I live in San Francisco, California with my partner Alex and my dog Frankie. The three of us share a deep love for the natural environment, cycling (Frankie included!), serving our community, and supporting grassroots efforts that aim to build a better world.
