About Dania Santana

Dania Santana is an Afro-Latina journalist, author, and translator born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She is also an international speaker, trainer, and multicultural parenting expert raising cultural awareness to create social change. With over 20 years of experience in the communications arena, she has worked in the United States since 2004 for national companies, brands, and organizations both in the private and non-profit sectors. Also a storyteller, she has made it her mission to educate and empower individuals and organizations about the importance of a multicultural society, and to show how the contributions of Latinos are crucial to the advancement and success of the United States as a whole.She has a well-rounded background that goes from journalism to national advertising campaigns targeting the US Hispanic Market to becoming a social media influencer. She is the creator and founder of Embracing Diversity, a blog where she creates awareness about Diversity and Inclusion, American Latinos, and Multicultural Parenting.
