Hi, I'm Dani! I'm the founder of Audette Law, a business and intellectual property law firm for badass women CEOs, founders, creators, leaders, professional service providers, coaches, and innovators. Owning a business is incredible and also challenging. Even more challenging when the playing field is not level. And we know it's not for women in business. At Audette law, we are striving to change that. We exist to elevate women in business through accessible, top-quality business, startup, and IP legal. No mansplaining. No patronizing. Women for women. Period.Before founding Audette Law, I was a commercial litigator at a global law firm for 15 years. I learned that I had a talent for devising smart legal strategy, relating to clients, and talking about the law and the way it works in a way that makes sense to non-lawyers. I was doing challenging and innovative work, but something was missing.In December 2021, I left legal practice to take time - for the first time since I unexpectedly became a sole parent 4 years before - to just be a mom. I used that time to figure out what I'm made for. Turns out, I'm made for sharing my talent for law and problem-solving with women business owners who want more from and for their companies and more for themselves. I'm building a law firm I love to work for. A firm I'd love to be a client of. A firm I'd recommend to my sisters and the other important women in my life. I'd love for you to join us. We operate on a flat fee model for all legal and consulting services to ensure transparency and predictability of costs for our clients. My vision for Audette Law is to provide women founders with a boutique law firm experience (i.e., top-quality legal services) from wherever they are located (i.e., virtual) within an accessible and predictable budget (i.e., flat fee).
