As in every start up, my responsibilities were broader covering functions of brand strategy along with development of partnerships, sponsorship strategies working closely to marketing team.

Developed narratives for advertising films. Explored the interaction of behaviour and human experiences broaden my perspectives in cultural insights crafting true messages for several film directors mixing advertising with documentary. Key projects:#1 “É Pra Você Sim”, Caixa Seguradora, Heads Agency. Casting, storytelling, pre-production for the rebranding of national campaign for Caixa Seguradora.#2 “Mudei para Dove”, Unilever, Hogarth Agency. The biggest ever global research made by Dove, I drove the Brazilian research. The challenge was to cast real woman who were willing to trial the product for a week and record their experiences via smartphone videos.

Initiate as an executive producer assistant and was promoted to business development manager. Audiovisual projects evaluation, opportunities analysis and sponsorship funding as well as resources obtained through federal fiscal incentives. Key project:#1 “Rio I Love You” is a project from the production companies Conspiração Filmes, Bossa NovaFilms and Empyrean Pictures. I conquered Unilever as a sponsor.
