As the Sales & Marketing Specialist, I report to the VP of Sales & Marketing. I work in partnership with the sales department to ensure a streamlined process via efficient marketing practices. ► Support the sales team with creating and editing: o RFP responses o PowerPoint Presentations o Sales proposals► Manage lead tracking, lead distribution, and marketing database► Develop and optimize online marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition: o SEO, PPC vendor management o Analytics & development of new strategies and ways to optimize campaigns o Webinars, podcasts, YouTube videos, case studies, white papers, etc. o Coordinate website modifications and maintenance► Maintain digital marketing metrics and lead status reports► Manage and main multiple Ansafone websites ► Develop and manage content for Ansafone’s social media presence► Marketing research development and execution including: o Direct mail campaigns o Email campaigns ► Tradeshow research and scheduling including: o Material development and printing o Shipping materials o Pre- and post-show marketing► Contribute to the creation of articles and blog content for Ansafone and its partner contact centers o One blog post per week o Work with other departments to write blog posts from time to time o Research and distribute articles and blogs developed to appropriate sites with the goal of generating awareness of Ansafone and for lead generation
