Consumer Marketing and Digital• Coordinating MKT activities: - digital communication (websites, socials, digital signage etc.)- advertising - influence marketing• Campaign communication and promotion through platforms (MOL GO app, Viber, Push, SMS, Newsletters).• Coordinate work of marketing agencies which participate in loyalty program campaigns in order to ensure smooth program functioning.Loyalty and CRM campaigns • Responsible for operating implementation of marketing strategy in order to achieve set organizational goals in this business segment.• Propose loyalty actions of different product groups and ensure realization of actions, as well as their later evaluation.• Setting promotional activities in CRM/CMS system - monitoring and analyzing loyalty transactions.• Cooperate with relevant department involved in the loyalty program.Programs: Merit Loyalty Suite, SKALA, AirShip, Power BI (Data Lake), Google Analytics, ZoomSphere, Jira.

• Creating image and sales boost marketing campaigns for consumer brands within the non-fuel segment for the Serbia market (Drive Cafe, Jazak, Nisotec, G-Drive private label)• Implementing marketing campaigns on the GS retail network, controlling and analyzing the effectiveness of the promotions• Working closely with Trade department on monthly customer offer and packaging/rebranding of PL brands• Creating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on activities for the non-fuel segment

• Creating and implementing marketing campaigns to increase the Faculty visibility and to support the onboarding process of new students• Making an annual marketing strategy according to the pre-defined budget• Introducing the Faculty through presentations and various workshops at high schools• Collaborating with companies to support projects, providing internships for students• Annual event planning, organizing guest lectures• Teaching Assistant in the Media and Communications department• Creating tests/video materials for practice and evaluations afterward
