Developed an Annual Appeal strategy that raised donations$30K over fundraising goal.• Applying for a growing number of mini-grants and multi-year major funding opportunities.• Creating relevant, entertaining, inspiring, action orientated social media post.• Event planning. Oversaw all B2B transactions from sales hand-off including, client onboarding, implementation, adoptions, expansions and renewals. Insured each client experienced the highest value possible from their chosen SaaS subscriptions and add-ons by conducting a needs assessment and recommending appropriate products. Maintained regular contact by e-mail, phone and video chat with each client depending on where their account was in the subscription lifecycle process. Designed and conducted implementation training workshops and auxiliary learning aids for adult learners as well as created and monitored KPIs to assess client health metrics and execute appropriate interventions to increase and maintain client engagement and fidelity. Created company specific playbooks, product and training effectiveness surveys, and updated/ maintained a large database of B2B customer files in SalesForce, Excel and GoogleSuite. Communicated client feedback and needs to all stakeholders, including sales, technology, product design, and teaching and learning teams.

In house: I managed cross departmental communication, collaboration and agile workflows ensure multiple and complex projects through completion. I co-created Yes! Our Kids Can grade appropriate concepts for ages 4yrs-10ys old with a special emphasis on Social Emotional Learning and oversaw the creation and implementation of Yes! Our Kids Can teacher curriculum, animated character and video game script writing and song creation. I designed & recorded teacher training modules to ensure the delivery of consistent, high quality instruction, conducted district and teacher trainings and confirmed that every educational aspect of the Yes! Our Kids Can program was of the highest quality, including making regular site visits to schools to check in with teachers and conduct lesson observations and. I worked with Yes! Our Kids Can research consultants to conduct focus groups and create clear and measurable outcomes for product effectiveness.In the field: I was the educational content expert at all meetings with local foundations & philanthropists including: Kronkowski, Area Foundation, Tim Duncan Foundation, Santiko’s Foundation, Baptist Health, Harvey Najim Foundation & HEB Educational Foundation and a multitude of private donors. I assisted in networking efforts with the Texas Educational Agency, American Sunrise, Texas A&M San Antonio, Biblioteca, and met regularly with Superintendents, administrators and teachers at: Northside ISD, San Antonio ISD, Judson ISD, Edgewood ISD, Northeast ISD, Southside ISD, Somerset ISD, Harlingen ISD and USIV (St. Thomas & St. Croix).

I bring a wealth of experience teaching & designing technology units that meet and exceed the Student Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) standards. I love teaching & writing innovative curriculum in a way that is enjoyable and easy for teachers to implement and that best meets the demands of the current digital generation of students. I have a special interest in educating “at risk” and “significantly out of sync” (S.O.S.) students through the development, implementation and integration of science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM) across the curriculum. I am excited about the positive effects of creating technology-rich, student-centered learning environments that increase & maintaining student self-efficacy, subjective well-being and high expectations. I know that early and consistent access to information about post-secondary education is a prerequisite to students’ ability to be successful in life.
