This was a multi-discipline role with responsibilities including corporate governance and reporting, marketing and communications, event planning and hosting, business and partnership development, sponsor and partner relationship management, and driving regional connectivity initiatives.Drawing upon my background in design and consumer insights I set out to transform the NZ Chamber Singapore for the modern business community - with the support of the board, I refocused our corporate strategy to ‘Connect. Promote. Grow.’; rebranded from the ‘New Zealand Chamber of Commerce Singapore’ to ‘NZ Chamber Singapore’ with a modernised and distinctly New Zealand aesthetic; digitised our business backend to increase efficiency, accuracy and transparency; strengthened and grew our sponsor partnerships through strategically-aligned event concepts; and renovated our marketing communications, resulting in the return of lapsed members and increased engagement of both members and sponsors.Additional positions held:MAIA | NZ Women’s Network Asia - Founding Creative & Operations Director.
