Conceptualized, developed and managed the launch of two new graduate-level Marketing programs: Sales and Account Management(since renamed Corporate Account Management) and Marketing Research and Analytics. Also responsible for student advising, program management and curriculum design for existing programs, as well as management of our Program Advisory Committee (PAC).

Was recruited by the former President of the Canadian Bankers Association, Helen Sinclair, to be her partner in a new venture called BankWorks Trading. The company helped technology businesses market into the financial services industry and had numerous high-profile clients including the Bank of Canada, Interac (Canada's debit card network), National Bank, Loblaws (assisted with launch of President's Choice Financial), SLM Software, and Certicom, a leader in public key infrastructure that was later sold to Verisign.

Started as a marketing analyst in the strategic planning group, was promoted to marketing manager and transferred to Quebec to implement a strategy I developed for "branches of the future" and to manage French advertising and the name change in Quebec from BNE to Banque Scotia. Returned to Toronto to work on Segmentation and Customer Retention projects on a nationwide level, and to assist with Marketing Information System projects. I was then promoted to an AGM in Commercial Banking, where I built and led a team that developed products and strategies for the small business market, before finally leaving the bank on my 10th anniversary.
