The company helped technology businesses market into the financial services industry and had numerous high-profile clients including the Bank of Canada, Interac (Canada's debit card network), National Bank.

Started as a marketing analyst in the strategic planning group, was promoted to marketing manager and transferred to Quebec to implement a strategy I developed for "branches of the future" and to manage French advertising and the name change in Quebec from BNE to Banque Scotia. Returned to Toronto to work on Segmentation and Customer Retention projects on.
