In advance of high profile presentations and trade shows, SwiftLaunch required an audit of their application as well as updates to the user workflow and graphic design. I reviewed the application and suggested improvements. I subsequently implemented several of the workflow suggestions as well as a light update to the app's website design. In addition to application updates, I provided email and marketing collateral templates.

My highlight accomplishment as user interface designer at Serebra was building a multi-tenant Learning Management System (LMS) - that hosted both online courses (over 5,000) and scheduled training events - from the ground up. I participated in product strategy, helping define the product roadmap and writing feature specifications, and developed HTML/CSS prototypes that were handed off to the development team for implementation. In addition to product strategy and UI, I was also responsible for the graphic design of the app. Other development projects included the UI design of an online marketplace that facilitated bidding and awarding jobs and the design of a co-branded e-commerce program. As the communications designer, I maintained the brand across the company's website, blog, and print materials. I designed websites, annual reports, trade show banners, sales decks, proposals, and presentations. My highlight compliment, "You make this 25 person company look like a 500 person company."
