Working in HR, Communication and Creative departments for teams on the branch, regional, national, and international level has allowed me to develop my Leadership and Teamwork, Communication, and Workload Management skills. Working in different teams with people of different strengths and level in skill as a leader or as a teammate has taught me how to delegate tasks efficiently, facilitate and ensure team progress, build a winning team atmosphere, and have oversight for the team's wellbeing both as individuals and as a group.Experiencing a fast-paced work culture has allowed me to develop grit, drive, teachability, and flexibility and at the same time, a good sense of personal order and self-discipline for a healthy work-life balance. Given time and proper training, I will no doubt rise the the level of ability expected me and strive to go beyond that.
