Staying visible and relevant is more important in these fast changing times.Working in the construction and agriculture industries for nearly two decades, has provided me with a career in highly competitive sales. I focus my attention on understanding the markets and products I sell, to be the top performer in my role. I work hard to be the leader I look up to, to mentor those who want to grow and take time to listen to be better in business.In the past decade my role has changed from a territory/account manager to sales direct to the OEM customer. I have spent the past 10 years working with C-suite executives, leadership teams and buyers for companies like: John Deere, CAT, AGCO, Komatsu, XCMG, LiuGong, Kubota, Bobcat, Yanmar and many others. This level of exposure has afforded me to improve selling skills and better understand the needs of the business. Obtaining my MBA gave me more business acumen for the different business models and structures, used in today’s markets and manufacturing.I continue to gain knowledge through reading, conferences, trainings, online tools, mentorship and mentoring. My quest for learning and growing is a life long journey.Although my work is rewarding, my passion is my family and my #1. As someone who travels frequently for work, because I have a supportive husband and family, it is equally important for me to take time to be with my family and friends.
