• Researched ion beam assisted deposition of optical coatings to improve coating performance from VIS-FIR.• Troubleshot and performed maintenance on vacuum coating chambers, cryopumps, and compressors.• Measured reflectivity and transmission of anti-reflective coatings and compared to coating models in TFCalc to update tooling factors for future coatings.

Designed, built, and acquired data for absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy experiments of crystals from 293-77K using optical spectrum analyzers, ECDLs, and cryogenic/vacuum systems.

Led site work for Winter Street Apartments in Framingham by interfacing with project managers, my crew (1 foreman, 1 operator, 1 laborer), and other contractors to install drainage systems and excavating the building footings among many other site-related objectives.
