I then transitioned to customer success and client relationship management, encompassing pre-sales objectives like lead generation and converting prospects into customers, and post sales goals such as managing accounts, identifying opportunities for upsell and driving customer satisfaction/growth. My background includes partnering with healthcare providers to implement technology solutions that have enhanced patient care through cybersecurity initiatives and regulatory compliance, as well as guiding providers through complex tasks such as EHR data migrations as well as the integration/implementation of bespoke SaaS products. I also have created prominent patient-provider networks through digital and print media, which increased patient referrals to specific providers.I have a proven ability of streamlining processes and driving technology adoption by building trusted client relationships, while at the same time delivering tailored solutions that align with evolving needs through the deep understanding of my clients' businesses.
