RIVIAN R1T/R1S/RPV – Battery Frame – Working as Manufacturing Engineer with responsibility for installation of a new line for manufacturing the new version of Battery Frame. Project was developed by a line builder and pre-assembled in Puebla (MEX). Supervision and pre-acceptance of the installation in Mexico with production of first sets of parts. Managing the reception of the production parts and final assemblies. Next phase was the final installation in Normal IL, supervising the installation and SOP with plant and line builder. Tracking project advance and missing component, looking for alternatives to get the production on time.In parallel of the Project following activities at Rivian a best practices and guidelines updates was done for mechanical specifications
