Given my experience I have managed to adapt the ability to manage my time, both effectively and efficiently. My ambition is to actively progress within a role and transfer all skills gathered from my previous experience as well as develop new ones in order to maintain growth within my profession. I am experienced within the Microsoft packages which include Microsoft word and excel, every role that I have had for the last 5 years has had a necessity to use these packages. Within my job roles I have needed to maintain a high degree of organisation skills, as well as have the ability to conduct administration tasks to a high level. I pride myself with the ability to meet and surpass all KPIs given to me, as constant reflection and guide towards what tasks are needed to be completed and to what degree. I am highly ambitious, with an attitude for success, although I do believe that working actively within a team drives a task forward, by the use of varied skill sets.I have acquired over 3 years’ worth of housing be it social or supported, safeguarding young and vulnerable people as well as housing management and maintenance experience. I am aware of many acts that are relevant to this sector for example the prevention of homelessness act of 2017 or the children act of 2004. I have an amplitude for the development of support plans and move on plans, I also have the skill set required to access and fill void placements. I am aware of the importance of a thorough health and safety check and I do pride myself with the ability to apply a strong degree towards attention to detail. I have been able to transform my sales experience into extraordinary customer service skills, this enables me to be able to communicate to a diverse set of people from any walk of life. This also enables anyone to be able to contact me and address any concern. Within the Salvation Army, I was on the site that piloted their SAAS (system as a service) program. This program incorporated all aspects of the service, from case load management to client moving on strategies. I had to train new members of staff, as well as other sites how to use the program using presentation skills as well as, individual mentoring. It was also my responsibility to monitor payments received by residents as well as external agencies on behalf of the resident. All information gathered had to be imputed, into Salvation Army’s billing system.
