I have over four years experience working in the pharmaceutical industry as a quality control chemist. After spending a year abroad travelling, I am now looking to return to the industry.My experience working within the team in this cGMP environment includes testing samples at different stages of the production process, from raw materials and in process samples through to API product. This was completed using a broad variety of methods, such as HPLC, spectrophotometry, wet chemistry, and Endotoxin tests. I participated in validations relating to new raw material suppliers and a new HPLC test method.Additionally, I routinely updated documents and test methods and completed periodic reviews. I wrote reports for test method deviations when they arose and drove assigned CAPA actions to completion. This often required training colleagues in the laboratory on document updates. I also trained colleagues on test procedures and other activities within the laboratory.
