I am a driven and experienced finance professional with significant experience in finance process transformation, internal control assessments, grants management, performance management and evaluation as well as SME consulting and entrepreneurship development.In the last 10 years I have supported development partners to successfully implement grants schemes by setting up the systems (eligibility and evaluation criteria and process, application and selection process, due diligence and award of grants, disbursements and post disbursements monitoring) for effective execution and reporting. I also have expertise in Public Financial Management (PFM) with special emphasis on public expenditure (Strategic Planning, Budget Preparation and Approval, Budget Execution, Accounting and Reporting . I was privileged to be part of the team that put together Ghana's 5-year PFM strategy (2022 - 2026). I have good appreciation of different PFM diagnostic tools including PEFA Assessments.
