In 2009 I set-up Foxtrot Racing Management (www.foxtrotracing.co.uk) to run horse racing syndicates. Our strategy is to buy unexposed national hunt horses open to improvement to provide good value for syndicate members.Foxtrot currently has horses in training with Dr Richard Newland, Jamie Snowden, Olly Murphy, Dan Skelton, Martin Keighley, Fergal O'Brien and Oliver Greenall.In 2015 I was elected Chairman of the Racehorse Syndicates Association, which represents the interests of horseracing syndicate and clubs in the horse racing industry. I combine my role in horse racing with various football roles.I was appointed Head Coach of the England National Prep Schools squad in 2006 and 2007 before joining Portsmouth Academy as Goalkeeping Coach for the 2007-8 season. I then rejoined the Independent Schools FA in 2008 to oversee the development of the most talented Under 13 players in the South Central region, before joining the set-up at the Prep Schools Lions and The Prep Schools Pumas as Head Coach.Since my appointment as Director of Football at King Edward's School Witley in 2002, the School has developed into one of the most successful independent schools for football in the country. The School reached the last 16 of the National U18 Independent Schools Boodles Cup in 2009, and reached the Quarter-Finals of this prestigious competition in 2011. In 2014 the U16s reached the Final of the National Independent Schools Cup having reached the semi-finalals the previous season. In 2016 the School's Under 16 team won the English Schools' FA National Cup. They were semi-finalists in the same competition in 2018.During my time at the school, pupils have selected for the Independent Schools regional and national U13, U14, U16 and U18 squads. This success was despite having only around 230 boys in the school from age 11-18. I have coached and worked with a number of talented players including Jed Wallace (Millwall), Samuel Sommerville (Malaysian National Team), Callum Cobb (Luton Town and New Orleans Jesters) and Liam MacDevitt (Bury AFC).
