I am currently working full-time for WRAP as a Junior Analyst in the RM Policy Analysts team, as part of the wider Policy and Insights team. I am mostly working with HH and NHM waste data models in a hybrid/remote setting, however within the role I will be working across a number of diverse projects at any given time as my career pathway develops. It's my job to provide analytical and research support to enable effective development and delivery of work streams, including evidence gathering, research and the analyses and interpretation of data.I am also completing my PhD in my spare time at evenings/weekends as I grow into this role.

I am working towards a PhD researching Plastic Recycling and Sustainability from a multiple-stakeholder perspective. This involves policy analysis, sustainability transitions research, qualitative data collection and analysis and more - touching on ecological economics, green growth/post-growth narratives, policy instruments and their effectiveness, market analysis etc. The aim of the research is to contribute to improvements in this area at the citizen, governmental, manufacturing, and waste disposal levels of activity.

Have played multiple UK/IE/European Festivals and undertaken many successful tours. Co-produced and released two albums to critical acclaim.I handle a significant amount of Creative, Logistical, Financial and Management duties and have been a significant driver in the success of the band since its inception.

I am a session musician for hire and have played in backing bands at numerous gigs (e.g., international festivals, television and radio performances, venues large and small) and on numerous recordings. I have planned and managed small-medium scale live events on a number of occasions for different organisations or production companies, and worked on large scale events. I also used to do a lot of live and studio audio engineering and have worked on multiple productions in that role within Ireland. I'm very experienced in arts facilitation work, working with people of diverse range of ages/backgrounds and ability levels through creative mediums like songwriting/performance. This includes work for the Education Authority, Nerve Centre, Young At Art, ArtsCare NI, Wall2Wall Music, The Playhouse Derry, The Oh Yeah Centre Belfast, and many more freelance jobs.I briefly worked in film sound on productions such as Game Of Thrones (HBO - sound recordist/design), Inheritance (Sound Design/Music) and a variety of short film projects, however I left this industry fairly early on despite having good working relationships and experiences.

I've worked for the Nerve Centre for over a decade as a freelancer on a broad variety of arts and music based workshops facilitation and event delivery as part of a diverse team. Many of these were in the service of fulfilling Education Authority contracts involving QA and external examiner processes etc. I have had nothing but good experiences working with the Nerve Centre but I am not currently doing much of this work as of 2024 due to full-time commitments.

I worked in the Nerve Centre as the studio engineer and also helped out teaching classes on their HND course.

I worked as a PT lecturer on the Music, Music Technology, and Film/Broadcast production courses in Belfast Met. This involved delivering classroom teaching, substantial administrative and coordination duties, and meeting and planning strategies with fellow staff.A full-time contract never became available so I felt I had to move on from this work after a few years of involvement. I still thoroughly enjoyed delivering the courses and working with students during my time there.

I have worked freelance as a facilitator for Bounce Culture, delivering creative based workshops to a variety of clients. This has involved both community based and corporate clientele. Most workshops are based around media creation for example podcast or music creation, and focus on team building and creative partnerships. I have been involved both as a songwriter/musician and in a technical sense, working with many different co-organisations and handling logistics.
