Early-career researcher and analyst with a demonstrated history working in academic research, sustainability, policy, education, and the creative/cultural sector. A cognitively sharp and teamwork-oriented individual with an appetite for learning and positively impacting the world around them, motivated to excel in the workplace and continue to develop himself both personally and professionally.I have recently started an Analyst role at WRAP, a Climate Action/Sustainability NGO, often working with UK municipal and business waste data, but working across a number of different projects with a national and international focus.Academically I find myself mostly anchored in the social sciences and ways of thinking that use a critical lens. I am also very interested in how society or groups govern themselves. I am a PhD candidate at QUB tackling Plastic Waste and Sustainability from an interdisciplinary/multi-stakeholder perspective. I also worked for a time as a Research Assistant on a UKRI cultural funding evaluation project. I’m passionate about working on creative solutions across a range of fields impacting people and life on this planet. Additionally I have an extensive background in the creative industries working in a vast array of roles (managerial and organisational, creative, performance, technical, also in education and research) and a career as a musician/songwriter so I am very interested in approaches to advancing knowledge that draw on the creative.Change the world!
