After 24 years of experience in Northern régions, mainly in James Bay, working for The Cree Construction & Development Company Ltd, as a project manager and later on as director of construction and business development, I continued my career with a company doing business in the Inuit territory and in the South part of Québec, which allowed me to promote the advantages of modular construction while keeping in touch with my business network and partners of the First Nations.During 3 years, I participated to the expansion efforts of this prefab buildings manufacturer and managed projects requiring important road and maritime logistics along with a solid administration in all transactions with major order givers of the public and mining sector.In 2012, I founded ARTNAUTIC, a project planning & construction management company, with a mandate granted by the Cree Board of Health for the management and construction supervision of buildings and infrastructures. We still provide assistance in the estimation process, project management and contract administration efforts to a loyal and constantly growing clientèle.ARTNAUTIC now offers complete construction, renovation & project management services with the help of a team of professionnals, technicians, superintendents and collaborators. This team, driven by a common passion for pre-engineered construction systems and for sustainable development, promotes a unique and effective approach that enables clients-developers to acheive and exceed their objectives. ARTNAUTIC is a member of the Canadian Green Building Council and is also a General Contractor that holds an RBQ license and is member of the CEGQ.In October 2014, I founded STATION 11, a fast growing modular construction company serving the residential and commercial market with inovative prefabricated buildings & structural components.
