I have just finished studying ITE at an educational institude by the name of CTI education group.My qualifications cover all aspects of technical training required to fulfill a support function in the IT industry.This qualification comprises four operating systems, network and internet related techincal ability and extensive networking theory. Practical asignments were used throughout this qualification to ensure I gained the necessary troubleshooting experience.I have yet to work in the IT industry as we speak, but i am very excited and motivated to get working, learning further and bettering myself. I do have about 18 months of work experience in the motor industry, that I used to help pay for my education. Show less
