My career has evolved from working as a team member up to being in a position of management; my current role is working within Community banking as a mortgage advisor and working face to face with a wide range of customers, servicing their stated need and also identifying their unstated need. I thrive off target driven roles and work exceptionally well within a high pressured and fast paced environment. I pride myself on the delivery of my customer servicing ability. I feel the exceptionally high standards that I bring, not only in my working life but also my personal life, is a great asset. Due the nature of my prior roles and more importantly, the past several years, I have naturally become a confident professional. One of my main goals in life is to fulfil my career potential. I naturally look to expand my working knowledge where possible and I welcome new challenges that will add to my personal portfolio and assist in my future career development.
