"Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood." - Marie Curie, I live by that quote. I want to know more and learn more about the biggest issues we face today. Every time I look at problems in the world I always come back to good nutrition and healthy lifestyle as the long term answer to many social, environmental, mental and physical problems. This only solidifies my passion for nutrition and elevates my optimism for potential solutions. I am a problem solver at heart and that has developed my analytical and creative skills, to help me achieve my goals. Daring to be different and to think outside the box are my super powers. It allows me to never get caught up in a dogma or belief system. When new evidence presents itself I am willing to accept a new paradigm and world view. I like to use the 'Scientific Method' to always question myself and disprove my own theories, so that I may move forward, never being stuck into one way of thinking. I am interested in designing a healthy community that will work holistically with the environment. Research is key to achieving my goals.
