Work in conjunction with Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections to provide vocational rehabilitation guidance and counseling for youth being released from Adobe Mountain School. Coordinate educational plan, vocational training and job placement to help reduce their involvement with the juvenile justice system. Plan, coordinate, and pay for contacted services. Maintain documentation and manage budget for each case. Monitor case plans to assure success by maintaining contact with outpatient treatment team.Supervision of Rehabilitation Services Administration’s Behavioral Health office, direct supervision and training of eight vocational rehabilitation counselors assigned to eight Value Option sites, and four office support staff. Responsible for the allocation and management of office finances which includes distribution of funds to individual counselor caseloads and office operations. Conduct initial interviews, determine eligibility and develop individual written rehabilitation plans for seriously mentally ill population. Plan and coordinate the array of services needed for the success of the rehabilitation plan. Part of the outpatient clinical treatment team. Maintain up to date case files. Responsible for planning and budgeting funds needed for services provided. Monthly reporting on progress of each case.
