I started working at First Leap China as a teacher and was quickly promoted to "International Teaching Assessor". As an Assessor it was my job to be a role model in and around the schools, providing support for my teachers whether work related or personal. As well as delivering continuous training, regular class observations and supportive feedback, ensuring the highest standard of lesson delivery.During this time I was still teaching and delivering lessons of the highest standards to my own students. I have lived in china for over 3 years and have taught over 4000 lessons, developed teachers and had an amazing experience.

Egypt

Running imaginative and educational kids clubs for 3-11 year olds and providing fantastic activities to inspire for 11-15 year olds. We also delivered exhilarating activities for the whole family.I was lucky enough to be sent to Egypt one of the biggest 'Holiday Villages' with one of the largest teams meaning we had to be versitile in what we were doing each day. Be it running round the hotel grounds on scavenger hunts with whole familes to teaching 6 year old how to snorkle. The company delievers some great life long training, gave me life long friends and an unforgettable experience

As an Activity Guide it was my job to ensure a thrilling experience for guest on their "Search For Santa" From the moment they arrived I got them suited and booted, from there it was to their accomodation making sure they're settled and ready for the adventure they're about to begin. Ensuring the guests safety throughout their trip was essential, whilst guiding them through Husky and Snowmobile Safari's, reindeer rides and playing "snow games" and bringing hot drinks to keep them warm. A fantastic experience seeing the childrens faces as they search for Santa and once they've found him.
