Responsible for planning, resourcing, and coordinating training events and network support missions for an organization of over 500 Soldiers and 45 Mission Command Network Communication Assemblages. Established organizational procedures to streamline processes and outputs. Creating usable products and guides for planning network communications. Mentored and managed three different departments; Network Engineering, Network Operations, and Information Services, while motivating team members to fully engage in solving organizational issues and streamlining processes to ensure organizational goal accomplishment. Government contractor managing a team responsible for testing and troubleshooting highly complex electronic equipment and systems. Test, adjust, troubleshoot, modify, align, and repair a wide variety of optical devices, subassemblies, and components.

Supervised a 20-person team of communications experts for an organization of over 500 personnel in both an office and field environment. Responsible for designing and maintaining a seamless and redundant communications infrastructure using a varied array of radio and satellite communications equipment. Further responsible for providing IT and radio user troubleshooting support.

Planned and coordinated a 2,000 personnel organization's collective training. Responsible for developing the quarterly training guidance, synchronizing activities, and coordinating operations for major collective training events. Additionally responsible for ensuring the organization’s training inspection compliance.

Supervised a 40 personnel platoon that provided reconnaissance and decontamination for chemical, biological, and radiological incidents in support of homeland security. Responsible for personnel training and mission readiness, equipment maintenance and accountability, and supervision of incident response operations.

Plans officer of an organization comprised of over 700 personnel. Managed special areas of emphasis, including physical security, training management, and occupational safety compliance. Additionally responsible for management of the organization’s informal funds account, business travel program, and Government Purchase Card program.

In the interim, worked as an assembly line worker. Aside from learning the different processes in three different facilities, I learned to work with all kinds of personalities and bridge linguistics gaps between other workers.

Intern while attending Highschool. Mainly worked in Loan Operations processing closed accounts, data entry and filing but would also work in Deposit and the Safe Vault.
