Ensure the Value (saving) target is achieve by initiate & leading the deployment of sourcing strategy of specific OPEX (chemical, packaging & energy) category within a medium to complex procurement organization. This include RFx (RFI/RFQ/RFP), sourcing event, hypothesis & analysis, negotiation up to final awarding (contract)Develop a category driven expertise in (mainly for Indonesian based sourcing) particular package / equipment / technology, including: market structures, technology inside, TCO analysis, functionality, user behavior, etcLead the negotiation up to final award on certain bid packages >USD100K, especially related to OPEX OPEX (chemical, energy and packaging) sourcing/buying and in collaboration with regional CSSSP teamContract management :o Preparation of Agreement / contract as per legal requirement in Indonesia (alignment between Indonesia regulation, BU, global select suppliers, etc) o Ensure key information in the contract is provided as summary documentEstablishes and maintains value measurement tracking (Score Cards) within scope of responsibilityProvide support to TTC (Tactical & Transactional Team) for specific procurement category, supplier relationship (incl. discrepancies resolution related to delivery, quality)

• Analyze all procurement aspect (purchase value, price trends, potential saving, vendor & material substitution) to evaluate and determine procurement strategy• Maintain and analyze periodically market condition such as supply demand, price trends and social politic condition to define procurement strategy for long term contract agreement and business partnership• Determine procurement project among production, R & D, colleague and vendors to increase benefit contribution and reduce cost for APP Indonesia and China in pulp, paper and tissue business unit• Develop and/or assist in the development of procurement plan process design, business cases, and other presentations with emphasis on clear presentation and interpretation of data gathered• Responsible to all aspects of analyses in support of procurement strategy development, budget and business planning• Establish and service Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of procurement department as organizational performance• Assist procurement needs and liaise with another department or division• Support procurement teams through benchmarking, management studies and technology solutions in a cost effective way
