I founded Adjust in 2016 to start the Neurodiversity conversation in workplaces. Adjust provides a range of Training and Consultancy Services including:Neurodiversity Training workshops for HR, Recruiters, Managers and Colleagues.

Implemented vocational adjustments for disabled students including neurodivergent neurotypes such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia. I also supported students with Chronic fatigue syndrome, Mental health conditions and other long term health conditionsDesigned and delivered training courses across professions including Practical Adjustments for Healthcare professionals with dyslexia, dyspraxia and AHDHDelivered equality consultation, policy developments and CPD events.Established a range of strategic partnerships with stakeholders including employers to ensure students were supported effectively academically and whilst on vocational placementManaged entire support service including guidance for 500 disabled students and staff across the universityImplemented inclusive practice and organisational change including development of in-house diagnostic service and accessible Needs Assessment centre.
