Reported to the Director of Finance. In 2015, the Company went through a significant restructuring, creating an Eastern and Western Canada. My role supported the Eastern Canada region which represented approximately $400M in revenue or 65% of the company’s total revenues • Financial responsibilities increased from the coverage of 5 branches to 12 branches• Created the 5-year strategic plan for both Eastern and Western Canada• Worked closely with the Regional Vice Presidents to create scorecards to drive a high-performance culture for key operational Team Members in the Business • Implemented the Tech Tracker and HCA Tracker that were created in the GTA. Reporting was implemented company-wide across all branches and sent out weekly. This reporting continues to be one of the most important reports sent to the field • Created an Opportunities Report which easily identifies to management the performance by branch by channel, allowing for quick feedback to the front line team members • Worked with installation and sales managers to increase the GM% from 28.3% to 33.2%

Reported to the General Manager of the Greater Toronto Area. Responsible for the financial performance of our fastest growing region • Built strong relationships and invested significant time with the management team to improve their financial acumen. The management team was strong technically but as the business grew from $7M in revenues in 2013 to $16M in 2014, they needed to increase their financial understanding as it related to the rapid growth of the GTA• Created a technician tracker which allowed for immediate feedback to under performing technicians. The performance from the increased technician lead generation was the driving force behind the increase in HVAC placements from 1,800 in 2013 to over 3,500 in 2014 • Created the HCA tracker which allowed Sales Managers to perform in depth analysis by channel on each one of their HCAs

Responsible for the integration and financial performance of our first 6 acquired locations (Winnipeg, Ottawa, Barrie, Collingwood, Edmonton and Regina) • Worked with the local Controllers to integrate the acquired businesses into Reliance’s financial reporting system (created budgets, adopt month end procedures, tracked and measured KPIs and financial performance)• Led a cross functional team to perform a deep dive on the poor HVAC Sales Margins. Quickly identified the drivers causing the low margins and put in action plans which resulted in a gross margin improvement from 20% to 28%

Responsible for the creation of a national market assessment to support expansion, identify potential acquisitions, acquisition valuations, due diligence and integration• Created a national market assessment as Reliance considered expansion into new markets both within Ontario as well as across Canada. Identified and ranked the most attractive Canadian markets to Reliance • Helped to identify potential acquisition targets and was responsible for determining the acquisition valuation. Completed 8 strategic acquisition which resulted in our first entry into the Alberta and Saskatchewan markets. Deployed approximately $180M in capital• Responsible for the due diligence process as well as the integration for all successful acquisitions • Supported the launch of organic branches into the GTA (Brampton, Mississauga, York, Toronto, & Durham) as well as Calgary
