Equipment Preventive Maintenance System/Document Controller• Reporting to the E&M Manager/Maintenance Superintendent as appropriate, for ensuring integrity and correct operation of maintenance management system (KCAD or Client )• Responsible for accurate recording of historical data and system amendments in accordance with procedures.• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the Company Management System Procedures• Ensure the integrity and correct operation of both the KCAD Computerized Maintenance Management system (CMMS) and any client system that may be in operation, including the upkeep and monitoring of all system hardware.• Ensure all software is maintained up to date in accordance with Company Policy and to implement any amendments as authorized by Senior Management.• Ensure that system and data security is adequately maintained in accordance with Company Policy• Ensure that all existing and new plant equipment is correctly identified, hard stamped and entered into the KCAD or Client CMMS Systems, as directed by designated Maintenance Superintendents.• Ensure adequate stocks of computer system consumables are maintained e.g. print paper, printer ribbons, floppy disk, tapes etc.• Monitor plant maintenance related computer software/hardware developments and advise management accordingly.• Produce ad-hoc system report as required.

• Manage order fulfillment process including creating POs and developing time lines as appropriate• Coordinate all material delivery activities between the Logistics Manager in Port Harcourt office, Logistics Dept and the various departments on sites• Plan, manage and account for equipment for working largely on our own initiative• Managed each kind of equipment’s and critical spares associated to Drilling System, Circulating System, and Power System. • Accomplished all materials needs for the Rig placed in central warehouse• Maintain the inventory stage at warehouse for necessity at each specified times• I work within a budget set by the logistics manager and be able to account for all expenditure• I administer the issue of equipment, be able to account for the whereabouts of all equipment• Liaise with the logistics manager and/or logistics team on any equipment repairs or changes and also control and supervise staff functions.• Analyze requisitions established on item, part numbers and codes• Worked out material necessity for future roll out time in discussion with the rig managers as said by intended dates and provide the materials necessity info to NSC Party• Keep a clean, organized Warehouse- store hygienically and equipment stored safe, clean and ready for use• Coordinate computerized material follow up to ensure materials are delivered at the right time, right quantity, right quality at the rig sites.• I monitor and manage inventory of critical spares like TDS, Mud Pumps, BOPs, Cranes, Generators, Air Compressors etc to avoid unnecessary ‘Hot Shots’ and Non Productive Times (NPTs)• Prepare and issue reports on inventory checks/Cycle Count and advice Logistics Manager accordingly on all discrepancies.
