I have been working with Immanuel Methodist Child and Youth Development -Afienya for the past 9 years. My years of working there as a social worker has really been impactful to the participants and to myself. I have gained more experience in managing people (human relations) due to that I have been able to relate well with them in all aspects of their lives and helped them in major decision making like courses to read at the tertiary level. Build more knowledge in computer literacy and I have been able to manage our online working system (compassion connect) very well and was selected as part of the super users of the system. The super users gave me the opportunity to teach/train other work colleagues who are having challenges with the system.
