At United States Mask I installed two manufacturing lines for N95 Mask production. I troubleshooted the machines when they failed. I set up the testing equipment and ran the lab required to test the N95 respirators. I trained all the staff to run the machines, test the masks, and package them. I created and wrote training material, user manuals, machine operator certification test, and procedures to test the masks. I created and wrote maintenance plans for all the machines, and managed production.
