• JLR (Jaguar Land Rover):I replaced the S-Docs & S-Sign applications with Conga Composer & Adobe Sign respectively. The complexity was to maintain the same business logic defined in the integration between S-Docs, S-Sign and Salesforce with the new applications. The project had to be completed within 1 month. I had the support of an architect for 5 days to resolve any doubts. For this reason, I was in charge of all the development and integration, communication with the deployment team, documentation generation, technical and non-technical demos, as well as knowledge transfer to JLR and Capgemini.In addition, I was able to deliver more to the client than what was defined in the initial scope of the project, being able to implement enhancements in Conga Composer & Adobe Sign, which did not exist in the business logic defined for S-Docs & S-Sign.• Value Retail (The Bicester village shopping collection):Involved the complete migration to Lightning Experience. During the approx. 6 months of duration, I was in charge of analysing, supervising and supporting the development team, UAT and the client. In addition to reporting the progress of the tasks to my supervisor and project leader.With the Azure DevOps tool, we organised and divided the tasks between different Sprints. I made sure that any doubts from the development team were solved with my technical knowledge of Salesforce, and if necessary, by organising a meeting with the client to understand and discuss certain parts of their business logic. I performed the documentation of the whole project, presentation of new features that Lightning Experience brings in Salesforce and the complete migration from Attachments and Classic Notes, to Files and Enhanced Notes.

During the two years holding the position of "Salesforce Junior Engineer" I have been assigned to two large projects for the Daikin company.Each of the projects adapts a business process to a country. The process begins when a customer accesses the web in search of information about a service, until the service is implemented for the customer. This ensures the highest degree of success in all opportunities. In addition, we collect information on customer satisfaction through surveys to improve service.Both projects have been carried out entirely in English (meetings with clients, resolution of incidents, documentation, etc.).• 1st year:Project for France, Romania and Spain.I handled 60% of the technical tasks at Salesforce. I attended the presentation in Madrid with the clients, thus solving certain incidents at the time. I transported development to Production using the Salesforce "Change sets" tool.• 2nd year:Project for United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Portugal.I am responsible for the technical part of Salesforce. I had to supervise and teach a trainee. I participated in the time estimates of the different phases of development (always supervised by my direct manager). I attended more client meetings. I was in charge of the transport and start-up in Production.In the 2nd year, the development was carried out following the DevOps methodology, using the bitbucket and jenkins platforms.

During the internship period I performed the following tasks:- Information development and web download (HTML, JS, SASS, BOOTSTRAP, etc.).- Development of an internal dashboard (which separates the server from the client) for a quick and convenient visualization of the state of the application, in addition to the administration of any of its sections.- I have been in charge of the instagram of respop_oficial, where I have been creating interaction with users every day, in addition to introducing and creating new thematic categories in highlights. In this period, the account increased from 6,000 followers to 10,300.
