I have been working in Omnichannel Domain having in mind two missions: find new ways to attract Lidl customers to join Lidl Plus program and brining all the loyalty benefits to be consumed in all channels. Working with a multidisciplinar team formed by a Tech Lead, many Full Stack engineers, one manual QA and another automated one, one UX designer, a Data Engineer and a Product Manager who is responsible of leading communication with countries. In SCRM Lidl the PO acts as a subproduct CEO, whose duties includes definition, communication and prioritization of the roadmap, managing the team members and be the leader who involves everyone to get a correct delivery and execution.

I realised both Product Owner and Product Manager functions in eative.com, the newest and most promising initiative in the company (formerly called TeamCMP) that moved from MVP to an established product during 2020. In 2021 we're acquiring more than 10k customers / month in a combination of paid acquisition (Google, Facebook, Bing) and organic sales. Some of my responsabilities in this role:* Definition of the roadmap and be able to adjust it depending on the stakeholders' needs. Also be able to reject and justify why some initiatives can't be included on it, trying to defend the maximum value delivered* Be the stakeholder when he is not present. My day to day includes fluent communication with all stakeholders and I'm able to answer by them when they are not there, because I understand their needs* Convert complex problems into simpler ones: I have to split big problems into smaller ones, having a lean mindset trying to maximize value not spending too much time until data proves that it's worth doing it* Data driven decisions: all our decisions are data driven. I have to propose and execute A/B tests and I work closely to data team in order to identify if a variant is better than control one. * Business oriented decisions. As this product is subscription model based and the acquisition is paid, I'm very familiar with kpis such as LTV (predicted and observed), CPA and AOV. * Also I have a big SEO knowledge, and I am the principal stakeholder who propose initiatives to rank better in Google.

In this period I have been Product Manager in Softonic White Label's division. During this period I've been leading three digital products that have been deliveried as a white label solution of Softonic.com. Those products are filehippo.com, downloads.digitaltrends.com. Those products had a different nature:- Filehippo was running in its legacy infrastructure and the major challenge in the project was establishing a plan to migrate everything ensuring that there isn't traffic loss. In a secondary phase, I defined a roadmap to ensure the product's growth- DigitalTrends was a different story: the download site has been built completely from scratch. My major challenges here have been defining the scope of the MVP and communicate with different stakeholders to ensure the success of the project

In this period I have been Product Manager at Labs Team. My major responsibility is finding and testing new initiatives that can become profitable business for Softonic. I need to be aware of what's happening in the industry, find potential initiatives and develop MVPs to demonstrate the viability of them in the mid-long term. The second major responsibility is to define actions to keep the users engaged with the site and become returning visitors through many channels (Push notifications, e-mail, articles). All decisions are made data driven, with a fail fast mindset, lean experiments and A/B testing.

I was Product Manager at Zyncro Tech. My job consisted in working close to the UX team to decide the best way to solve business needs. My goal was to create products the users love to use. - La Caixa's Serviticket (2008-2011): My job consisted in design and construct the backend of the ticketing system of La Caixa. This system is actually used by the main part of Spain's cinemas, theatres and music events. The system was very complex, has to serve thousands of concurrent calls. I learned a lot about concurrency, avoid deadlocks and improving the capacity.

This implies refactor the core of some applications, detecting and fixing bugs and design new solutions for incoming requirements. I design and develope full applications, taking the role of Architect, Analyst and Programmer. This gives to me full control. I like this because I take my own decisions and this gives to me a lot of flexibility.We use UML to formalize some requirements and tech solution.
