MARKETING INTELLIGENCEOn Purpose offers a complex product involving many stakeholders. To manage and adequately portray such a product, reality-checking the organisation's own beliefs about it with empirical evidence is paramount. I gathered input about how stakeholders think about the product and assessed whether perceptual differences could be meaningfully clustered into segments.- Conducting and analysing interviews and surveys with key stakeholders- Proposed market segmentation based on results- Assisting in personae creation on international level- Reviewing and revising communication materials- Supervising A/B tests with adapted materials---GRAPHIC DESIGNIn my designs, I visualised On Purpose's message in a systemic and tangible way. Embedded in the company's marketing and communications team, I was a vital link between Fairphone's stakeholders on social media and the company. Driving bottom-up processes, I informed marketing and communications decisions.
