Release Management Team in IoT Project- Define and agree release plans with Managed Services end IoT project´s teams- Ensure that each release package consists of a set of components that are compatible with each other- Ensure that integrity of a release package and its constituent components is maintained throughout the transition activities and recorded accurately in the configuration management system- Ensure that all release packages can be installed, verified, and/or uninstalled, if necessary- Ensure that change is managed during the release and deployment activities- Manage deviations, issues related to the new or changed service, and take necessary corrective action.- Ensure that knowledge are transferred to Managed Services to enable them to effectively and efficiently deliver and support the service, according to required service levels.

I am part of a Managed Services Environment Management Team that the main roles are the installation, maintenance and Release Management of the applicational systems on multiple clients and projects.In addition to Siebel administration, I also do the maintenance, troubleshotting and deployment of all systems that are integral to the smooth operation of the application, including, Tibco, OSM, Billing Adapter, Kenan, HPUX, etc.

I am part of a CRM Technical Support Team that the main roles are the installation and maintenance of the CRM systems on multiple clients and projects.In addition to Siebel administration, I also do the maintenance and troubleshotting of all systems that are integral to the smooth operation of the application, including, Oracle database and SQL, Active Directory, Windows, Weblogic, Exchange, OBIEE, Windows, Linux, HPUX.
