I provided consulting services related to the purchase of equipment, with a focus on high-end computers for building Hackintosh systems. As part of this service, I offered support, including GPU spoofing and troubleshooting related to the operating system (Mac OS X).

Registration of information related to equipment and requests in the Smart Client system from TOTVS, installation of NAS servers based on Debian, which were then monitored through Zabbix. Troubleshooting and correction of problems both on workstations and servers. Backups via FTP and LTO tapes. Assembly and maintenance of equipment for rental purposes.

I worked on optimizing the company's ERP system, assisting in the restructuring of the platform. My goal was to learn and improve the existing routines within the system. I also had the responsibilityof integrating APIs, specifically the Correios API (Brazilian Postal Service), for freight calculation purposes.
