During the period when the bank was searching for a permanent CMO I had the role as Acting. I built up a new marketing team with the capacity of being a full service inhouse bureau.

Head of Sales and Marketing at Webbhuset where I´m selling consultancy services and projects for tailored web and e-commerce solutions. I´m working with the entire sales process from prospecting, identification of business needs, project scoping to contract negotiations and as a Key Account Manager. Project Management is also a major part of my work along with establishing our new office in Stockholm and working with recruitment of staff.Our products are consultancy services for project management, design, system development, integrations, support and hosting for tailored web and e-commerce solutions. Our clients range from midsize to large international corporations.I´m creating a profitable organic growth for Webbhuset and I´m also working with creating Webbhusets sales and marketing strategy in a fast growing competitive industry. In combination with sales I´m also working with the development of Webbhusets market positions and brand strategy.

Worked as a sales and marketing consultant. Conducted both direct and indirect sales driving and market developing activities for our clients and their reseller organizations (Both B2B and B2C reseller organizations). Working tasks were sales development, sales coaching and direct and indirect sales supporting activities together with resellers. The consulting assignments meant budget responsibility and responsibility for my regions sales development. Reported back to Sales Manager on national level.During this period we also acquired the consultancy organization we staffed for Teracom and started the company Retail Media Lab AB within Workshop International Group.The results from all assignments were major increase in sales volumes. E.g. during 8 months at Telenor I increased their sales at their B2B resellers from 50 to 200 new B2B post paid plans per month.

Responsible for the tiles and paint department. The tiles department turned over approx. 4 Million sek. I was working with instore sales and “construction advices” to both consumers and businesses.

Worked during this period as a telemarketing salesman at Vision Pursuit Pty. Ltd. Australias then biggest seminar company that represented Jay Abraham, Anthony Robbins, Brian Tracy and Deepak Chopra.During this period I sold tickets to Jay Abraham´s ”Business Building Bootcamp” that was a 3-day long marketing and sales development seminar. We were a team of 5 people that sold tickets for approx. 1 million dollar during a three month sales period. I also attend the seminar and worked together with Jay during the "pre-view" seminars we had in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane prior to the event.
