• Leading the BU Controlling department with 5 Analysts located in different geographies. I have guided my team through a full organizational restructure and implemented a new approach to Finance in my Business Unit (BU).• Business Partnering: co-piloting with the General Manager in the consolidation of 3 regions into 1 BU, including optimization of processes and setup of business and financial reporting. I play the role of financial advisor and business partner for the Commercial (B2B & B2C) and Marketing teams and the link between the BU and Central Finance functions.• Forecast and budget: responsible of the monthly forecast and annual budget process, including strategy setup and presentation to the Management.• Scenario planning: identification of revenue growth opportunities through volume, mix and pricing scenarios. I have developed models simulating financial impacts based on structural and market change variables.• Cost controlling: new methodology deployed (ZBB) in the BU with change of mind-set and focus on ROI.• Reporting: monthly performance analysis, reporting and variance comments.
