Being part of the H&S Joint-Service (Servicio de Prevención Mancomunado) i have developed several task as H&S Technician as follow, for the different group companies (40 aprox):- Leader Auditor in OHSAS 18001 Audits for the different group companies.- Reviewing of the Risk Assement of the Main Company and the Companies of the Group Telefonica.- Several risk assessments of different premises of the company. (Telephone Centrals, Mobile Stations...)- H&S Coordination with Contractors/Suppliers/Customers in operational works within the whole company (Endesa, Iberdrola, E-ON, FCC, Repsol, BBVA, CEMEX, AENA, Canal de Isabel II, Policia Nacional, Iberia, Makro…).- Construction Legal Requirements Advise and Management (R.D. 1627/1997)- Psychosocial Studies for the different group companies.

- Preventive Measures Coordination with different hospitals within the net of sites of primary care, in the H&S Service Scope. - Record of biological and non-biological accidents- Selection and Management of PPE for the sanitary staff. - Procedures definition to identify and implement biological risk preventive measures in laboratories.

Developing functions as HSE Correspondent, i was in charge of the occupational health, safety and environment of the logistic center of the international pharmaceutical company, Sanofi. Sanofi is present in more than 100 countries, and is the heir to a long history that includes some of the major scientific advances of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, and the reputations of major industrial laboratories in the development of chemistry, pharmacy and medicine.- Development of all the health and safety policies, procedures, and preventive measures in the site, according with OHSAS 18001 International Standard.- Develop the role of person in charge of all the process of maintenance and security of the instalations, look after its proper and secure working. - Develop the role of person in charge of the HSE issues of a new implantation of a process using liquid nitrogen, ensuring that the installation complied with the coorporate HSE stantards, as so with the the legal requirements, training the workers, and make the risk assessment, - Conducting several tasks as monitoring and reviewing the KPI's in HSE issues. Incidents, ILT and IWLT investigations. Risk assessment of premises, PPE selection, conducting national and international audits, coordination of asset loss monitoring, security issues...- As a professional of enviroment, i was in charge of the waste management, with special importance due too the risk that supose for enviroment the medicaments as a waste. I supervised all the process of identifying, labeling, packaging, segregation and management with the authorized waste manager, according with the ISO 14001 standard.- Being involved in the adaptation of the site to the international standards of HSE Supply Chain, regarding the defense of an international audit, reaching excellence results.

- Management and advice about preventive measures reporting to the Health, Safety & Environment Officer.- Drafting of HSE policies, training staff about preventive measures, follow up of the environment management system, definition and development of the OHSAS 18001 management system. - Environment Management as hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, process applications of legal requirements with authorities.- Control and follow up of the food safety management system, through a HAPPC methodology. - Drafting of comprehensive Procedures in a European scope.- Coordination with INSA (Ingeniería y Servicios Aeroespaciales) concerning the services in the ESAC.- Follow up of the pest control services.- Follow up of the Self Protection Emergency Plan in the Agency.

- Development of measuring certification process with international scope. - Development of I+D exportation projects with international scope.- Alignment of procedures to the integrated management system based on the standards ISO 9001; ISO 17025 and OHSAS 18001.- Definition and implementation of a Quality Management System based on the standard ISO 9001 in the CEDEX (Centro de Estudios y Exp. De Obras Públicas –Ministerio de Fomento) and the next certification support.- Cooperation in environment audits based on the standard ISO 14001.- Implementation of an Integral Management System based on the standards ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 within Industrial scope.
