• Lead multidisciplinary project team to reach Test Readiness state of an 320kW Electrical Propulsion Unit, incl. Test Case development, Interface definitions, System Commissioning activities. • Develop Qualification related De-risking methods based on EASA CS-E - SC E-19 Certification Specs. and EUROCAE DO-160 standard for 320kW Electrical Machine. Engaged with suppliers for test execution and test system development until ROM RFQs.

• As a Technical Group Leader, carry the dual responsibility of line management of 9 people and subject matter expertise in Verification and Test.• Lead infrastructure planning of a 750-1200kW Turbo Generator Test Bed.• Lead several Engineering, Laboratory and Test related process development actions to conform to AS9100 QA system, e.g.: Test request process, Measurement Equipment Management, Competence Matrices.

• Managing team of 5 and complete projects linked to actuator test system developments. Developments covering Valve Actuators, Electrical Parking Brakes, HVAC, Headlamp Actuators. Establishing new projects raised by the challenges of the diversified test requirements and leading them until successful realization.

• Development of an endurance test system for Valve Actuators, position sensor accuracy test software in Labview, and conducted root cause finding linked to actuator production scrap. Projects included electrical cabinet wiring diagram and layout design, PCB design, pneumatic system design, Labview control software development, choosing components, selection of suppliers and managing procurements.

• Teaching several subjects, instructing practical lessons and consulting diploma works. Researching and publicizing related to PhD work. Presenting the works at domestic and foreign symposiums. Participating in many industrial related works.
