Presently, I works with Crown Agents International, Nigeria Country office, Abuja as a Team Leader providing leadership in the management of project operations, human resources, and administration, reporting directly to the Country Director and the UK Project Director under the Bill & Melinda Gates CHAMPS Project through Emory University. I supervises all staff in operations, procurement, administration, and human relations based across locations and sites, adhering to the internal organizational structure. I collaborate closely with other senior staff and all team members to ensure high standards of service delivery and accountability and full compliance with USAID/Donor regulations and regulations as well as organizational policies. I works with institutional partners and local networks to streamline financial processes and optimize resource utilization, develop and manage project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring expenditures as well as implementing effective financial controls, accounting systems, and reporting mechanisms. I have overall responsibility for the financial management of the project and those of the Implementing Partners. This position oversee administrative and operational functions such as procurement, logistics, budgeting and forecasting, grants management, and other financial tasks, ensuring that systems and procedures are in place for the operation of the project in a strong financial control environment.Duties and Achievements: • Established good governance and ensuring strong financial management practices, including robust internal and financial controls and risk management, and ensuring funds are fully accounted for and spent in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of CHAMPS project. • Conducted Financial Risk Assessment of Implementing Partners to ascertain specifically partners operational evaluations of the risk of loss (including risks to financial performance and condition)

I Worked as Grants Finance Management Lead with APIN-Public Health Initiatives {Formerly Harvard AIDS Initiative} where I provides strategic and technical support for the management of portfolio of grants; in most cases, playing key role in supporting strengthening, and developing policies and procedures for effective project implementation and management of downstream partners including Civil Society Organizations and local partners such as health facilities-Developed training plan to build organizational capacity in the management of sub award starting with the need for policy document.
