Compensation Manager
Current• Responsible for Compensation management, administration, and compliance at NECAM and subsidiaries. Partner with leaders (HR leader, CEO, and CFO) to design and implement compensation programs aligned with company and HR strategy. Manage and lead staff of 1-3.• Oversee and conduct job analysis, development of job documentation, utilization of surveys to determine competitive pay and practices, and administration of the company's non-sales incentive plan• Implemented new company-wide compensation structure including career ladders, job levels, salary ranges, titling, incentive plans, and updated job descriptions o Partnered with management and others in HR to implement the new compensation structure across the newly re-organized NEC Corp. of America, which was comprised of 3 newly merged organizations with distinct compensation structures, incentive plans, etc.• Integrated numerous acquired organizations into NEC’s compensation structure. Partnered with their leadership to understand their organization, positions, needs, and then to integrate them into NEC’s structure. • Counsel with and advise all levels of management on compensation• Create compensation communications, plan documents, policies, procedures, and compensation educational materials• Lead annual review, change, and implementation of base pay and non-sales incentive programs• Implemented new merit program, including system, processes, procedures and communications. As part of an overall performance management overhaul, the merit implementation contributed to a significant increase in participation and buy-in by management and employees.• Executive compensation: perform total pay analysis and recommendations (for hires, promotions, adjustments, etc.)
