Activities.• Management of the company and subsidiaries financial information.• Relationship with promoted companies (companies in which it has invested SINCA).• Financial statement analysis and interpretation of Promoted companies.• Portfolio and companies valuation.• Relationship with Grupo Financiero Inbursa companies.Results.• Initial owner’s Equity ($98 million of pesos) and credit ($175 million of pesos) financial planning for "Aquatico Inbursa" waterpark project, located in the port of Veracruz, Veracruz, as well as monitoring cash flow, progress of work and opening.• Valuation of SINCA's investment portfolio amounting to $ 9.482 million of pesos and involvement in preparing the annual audit report, which maintained the rating of the CNBV to society.• Analysis and participation in the process of acquisition of the company Grupo Star Medica. The transaction was completed for $ 1.500 million of pesos.• Development of Patia Biopharma's cash flows and breakeven to begin pharmaceutical products comercialization.

The estimated total portfolio amount at June 2015 was $12,000 million of pesos.• Compliance of cross sell target of at least 150,000 points ($150,000 pesos in insurance net payment) assigned by Banco Inbursa for 4 quarters (2Q 2014 - 2Q 2015).• Participation in Corporate Banking project to increase presence in commercial directions of GFI.• Implementation of "Customer Service" Corporate Banking program. Because of it, was achieved from 1Q 2013 to 2Q 2015 growth in portfolio and 50% of increase in authorized operations by the credit committee.
