Am implementing the USAID funded project of the Uganda sanitation for health activity (USHA) which includes but not limited to the following activities.*Trainned teachers and pupils on social behavior change (SBC) and ensured monitoring of the school wash improvement plans in each school.*Improved functionality of Wash facilities in school to attain and sustain Wash friendly schools.*Improved hygiene practices in schools, particularly menstrual hygiene management and hand washing with soap.*Increased number of schools and institutional settings gaining access to basic sanitisation facilities.*Trained the school PTA, SMCs and the communities on the various approaches to attain health and hygiene.*Routine monitoring, training, supporting, mentoring and coaching of teachers and pupils in school to ensure good practices to reduce gender based violence, health and sanitation within the communities and the school.*Carried out community mobilisation during needs assessment and gathered all the relevant information to attain the project goals and objectives.I was able to work in 100 villages in Omiyayima Subcounty Kitgum District practicing Open defecation (ODF) and all declared ODF within a period of two years.

I implemented the integrated community case management project to reduce infant and martenal mortality rates in the communities through the community health promoters and the village health teams.

Worked as an enumerator and a data entrant implementing the the USAID better outcome project for vulnerable children and youths in the communities.

Collected data in Lango and Acholi subregion.

Collected data at the Palabek refugee settlement.
