SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES: 1. Participate in all phases of the enterprise data warehouse/business intelligence implementation and support. 2. Maintain, and enforce ETL architecture design principles, techniques, standards and best practices primarily using Pentaho's Data Integrator and Informatica ICS. 3. Participate in requirements gathering and refinement interviews, as needed. 4. Obtain and analyze requirements to create and implement an ETL architecture/integration solution that is flexible, high performance, scalable, and correctly manages business data/information. 5. Support and drive the technical design of ETL reference architecture to ensure high data quality, data integration performance, and error recovery/handling. 7. Establish and maintain comprehensive ETL architecture and data integration documentation, including flows, transformations, error recovery, etc. 8. Interact closely with business analysis teams, data warehouse/BI team to ensure understanding of data integration, data architecture and BI requirements. 9. Conduct ETL architecture and data integration design review sessions. 10. Assist in source to target mapping activities, in conjunction with the data warehouse architects. 11. Participate as a member of metadata and data governance design, implementation, and maintenance activities. 12. Participate in performance tuning and problem resolution activities for warehouse and BI application loads. 13. Develop data integration architectures for MDM related software tools or processes. 14. 1. LEAD ETL Manage Snapshot Process (data capture). Manage offshore contract employee to ensure validation and troubleshooting of 280+ data feeds. Ensure data feeds are stored to specified database tables and copied to multiple databases for PMAP (Performance Measurements and Analysis Platform) usage, in a monthly Production run as well as storage in a separate database for retention and comparison. 2. 1. Execution of the PMAP monthly Production and Regression code packages and procedures including Warehouse, Data Mart, and Special Access and Other external Database measures for manual feeds . Troubleshoot any errors that are present from code, scripting and source data.2.
